I was currently stay at the OYO and decided to go ahead and book another day .. i didn’t realize tha i had booked for the same day and couldn’t figure out how to change the date so i quickly cancelled.. get a email saying i will not be able to get my 72$ back “why” everytime i call u can barely understand the the person and they cut you off without you you finishing what you called about .. the only reason using this ****is because the hotel in not handicap accessible my wheelchair in the office to use my Tapp pay

Trying to get Customerservice just keeps running you in circles; you have to pick options from the menu and it never gets you to an agent. I’ve been waiting for a refund on an unacceptable stay for over a year. I have at least five stays missing and I can’t see any way to add them on and I can’t contact anyone to get help. I’ve tried the phone number and no one answers.
