Accor iPhone app and Accor are horrible Accor is the most disorganized hotel company of the large hotel companies. Every other hotel chain credits your account with qualifying nights and points within a couple or several days. Accor takes a week or longer to credit the account- because Accor does it manually, by hand!!! Completely unacceptable. Everything about Accor is nothing short of disorganization and incompetence.
