Every other hotel chain credits your account with qualifying nights and points within a couple or several days. Accor takes a week or longer to credit the account- because Accor does it manually, by hand!!! Completely unacceptable. Everything about Accor is nothing short of disorganization and incompetence.

Choose destination, tap next prompt for dates, tap next prompt for number of people…. etc All of this could be on the 1st page for booking like most hotel & car apps.
