Recent reviews

This app simply does not work. Use a laptop and a browser if you want to bank online with Fidelity. Hence why I’m changing my direct deposits to a different bank. I really wish I could do business with Fidelity unfortunately everything is online nowadays, but Fidelity Bank is not integrated whatsoever. If you’re looking for a bank where you can check your balance quick via an app this is not the bank app for you. After changing my password 5 times it worked and I had $1000+ in overdraft fees. 0/10 stars. I still love my local bank but without an app interface it’s impossible for me to use on a daily basis.

Constantly have to reset my password cause it says its wrong but it isnt. Its a guessing game on when the password reset email comes in

I constantly have to reset my password. After a week or so it tells me it’s wrong and I have to reset again. Try to reset on the app and it sends an email that never comes. After calling customers service like 12 times in a couple months I gave up. I might just close my account.
