User Reviews

Citifyd is praised for convenience and pre-booking parking for events, with potential savings and solid customer service in some cases. However, many reviews cite recurring reliability problems—loading glitches, payment and login failures, missing receipts, and occasional double charges—and inconsistent support. Updates have regressed functionality for some. Overall, the app delivers strong value when it works, but reliability and support gaps are the most cited drawbacks.

Pros

Convenient and easy to use for reserving parking ahead of events.
Saves time by letting you pre-book and go straight to the garage.
Potential cost savings compared to paying at the garage entrance.
Customer service is helpful and responsive in many reviews.
Ability to reserve a spot for high-demand events provides peace of mind.

Cons

Frequent reliability issues: the app often won’t load, and payments or purchases fail.
Login/authentication problems and account-linking inconsistencies across platforms.
Receipts missing and billing problems (including double charges).
Support is inconsistent or unresponsive, leaving issues unresolved.
Some updates/regressions have reduced functionality for users.

I have to start from scratch every time I use the app. It asks me to create an account and then gets stuck in a loop. Not sure the app is even supported anymore..
