There are no clear instructions on how to access the building or elevators. So I had to walk inside the parking garage to enter and exit. There is no service in the garage so the app does not work. Of course, you must use the app to open and close the gate. No one is available to assistance. The rates are decent but I’ll never use this app again.

It’s been a pleasure utilizing Parkable these last few years. Occasional glitches like people mistakenly parking in your stall notwithstanding, I really liked it.
