Recent reviews

Poor customer service and completely ineffective at remediating parking issues. Someone was parked in my parking spot for a week and Parkade wouldn’t do anything about it, except issue fees to the vehicle owner, who obviously didn’t see them or care to pay them. They refused to tow the vehicle and I had to switch to a different parking spot every 12 hours. No credit to my account, no refund—they truly don’t care about you and put all the work on you to solve any parking issues.

Might be the worst parking app for apartments of all time. They have no way of managing conflicts, other than fees, cool, that doesn’t give me a spot when all others are booked up. They change their UI in unhelpful ways constantly, like maybe listen your customers, or add a way to do so, also no one cares you changed your logo, maybe work on actual fixes rather than a cool logo. They have raised $17 million to date, but idk how, when they can barely solve a single simple parking problem.
