2026-06-26	ms*****	Keeps raking for my phone to log on and then says it’s wrong. It’s not. Super freaking frustrating. Can’t find anyone to help me. Was on hold for an hour after two other calls and finally hung up. The repeated music was making me crazy. Still no resolution

2026-06-26	Bi*****	Every time I get a new phone, getting my accounts set back up is a nightmare. It wont let you delete and re-add an account. It tries to have you sign in but then it asks for an Authenticator code to complete the sign in process. When you have it text you a code and you go to get the code it locks itself and then you can’t submit the code because the “verify” button goes away after you unlock. It is very frustrating. Microsoft in general is very frustrating.

2026-06-25	Ma*****	The app worked perfectly until I got a new phone and was put in an infinite loop of it asking me to confirm the two-digit code. I don’t have my old device and it won’t let me re-add or reset the app. Because of this, I can’t log in to the majority of my school related websites and applications.
