This is a great app for stress and panic attacks. But you have to pay 40 bucks a YEAR. I don't have the money to waste on that. Please just have everything be free of you watch a add or something

The app itself is great. The tracks are useful and nice. The one problem is that you can’t use it if you fall asleep. It does not turn off after I use it so I can’t leve it on to get to sleep.
