App keeps shutting off. Does this app no longer work?

I recently got the light that comes along with this app, and the app is garbage. It doesn’t respond to the app’s bluetooth- i’m already connected but it wont let me do anything until it’s connected, which i ALREADY AM! then, as soon as i attempt to play music, it plays for a second or two before completely crashing.

I installed a new ceiling fan that required this app to change the lights color Now app doesn’t work at all When I cut the light on it only blinks Now I can’t even connect to Bluetooth
