Pros

Unobtrusive backups that work when needed (backup is often seamless until you need it).
Supports backing up to NAS and cloud storage, with cross-device accessibility.
You can view and access backed-up files on mobile (e.g., Mac files) across devices.
Simple, straightforward interface for performing backups.

Cons

Backups frequently fail or hang and restores are unreliable; completed backups may not be recoverable.
Very slow initial backups and slow cloud/NAS transfers; overall performance is inconsistent.
Backups are incomplete/partial (missing apps/data); not all file types are backed up and there is no clear option to recover everything.
Auto-backup/continuous backup does not reliably run in the background; backups can stay in progress or keep repeating and users can’t stop them easily.
Billing and renewal issues (unexpected charges, renewal showing expired) and generally poor support/instructions.
