I am constantly having to re-enter my password even though I have been using Face ID. I just logged in online successfully and still can’t log on to the app using the same credentials. Horrible and frustrating …constantly.

It’s actually laughable that Primis new branding is that they make banking easy when they don’t even have a mobile deposit option. Like others have said if you contact them they will tell you it will be available in 24 hours, but that time never comes. My organization has been with them for over a decade back when it was EVB, and our local branch is fantastic, but the mobile banking option is the absolute worst.

Primis has undoubtedly been the worst experience I have had in years of online banking and using banking apps. It’s only the great branch manager I work with that makes me hesitant to simply bank elsewhere.
