This app is atrocious. Spent many hours with tech support in India and they could not figure out the problem. I input my company id and user id. I get get a “please wait” flash for a half second on my screen and it goes nowhere. Works fine on my iPad pro but who the hell wants to carry an IPad to check banking. Tech support closed my ticket and said to use my IPad. Can’t wait to close my account with this mediocre tech support.
