GeoBallistics is strong when stable, with highly accurate ballistic solving and deep Vortex ecosystem integration, plus cloud data sync. However, updates frequently introduce data-sync and data-accuracy issues, and stability can suffer with crashes. The UI is sometimes cumbersome, and reticle options are limited to Vortex. Overall, it’s a powerful tool for long-range shooting, but reliability concerns and limited reticle support curb its appeal.

Pros

Seamless integration with Vortex hardware and the Relay ecosystem, enabling smooth operation across multiple devices (Razor, ACE, Talon 10K).
Accurate ballistic calculations and reliable rangefinding, especially when used with Vortex hardware.
Cloud-based data syncing via a user account to preserve and transfer dope data across devices.
Comprehensive feature set with depth and useful ballistic corrections that appeal to long-range shooters.

Cons

Updates can wipe or fail to sync data, leading to data loss or missing profiles/dope when switching devices.
Ballistics data (velocities/holdovers) can become inaccurate after updates and may be difficult to edit.
Stability issues include crashes on launch and other reliability problems.
User interface can be clunky, with wasted screen real estate and unnecessarily many screens.
Reticle support is limited to Vortex options, with no support for other manufacturers and some reticle images not shown.

This app isn’t for the regular Joe. If you’re an incredibly experienced shooter that knows ballistics already, it’s for you. If you’re a regular dude , not for you.

I love using this application. My only request is that other Optics would be available in drop down list other than just Vortex. I understand this is a Vortex App but I think adding additional Optics would greatly increase the use from non Vortex users
