I have been using this app to call Iran from the U.S. When you call, it asks you to enter a passcode that is read to you over the phone. Even if you put the right number, it will not accept it and asks you to put it again. You will be charged at the end with no connection at all.

Telz: International calling is my lifeline to my family and friends in the United States. I have been using this service for over a year. The calls clear with no static or delay. The service is easy to use no bunch of add numbers, just the country code and it’s just like a regular phone call. If you are living in Asia this is a must have phone company.
