less than one minute of actual talking and balance is zeroed out and no support. I think they have and AI robot that responds when the call does not connect and then they reduce your balance. There is no transparency either.

This telephone service business is based on total FRAUD and STEALING from its customers!! It keeps charging against your available balance just for ringing the other party's number (for duration that you're waiting for the call to get connected). So that means if the connection is never established and other person doesnt pickup the phone, you're still get charged based on how many minutes you've held the phone & waited to be connected!!!! I called the customer care and the agent said this as a part of their TERMS of service!!! WOW! Since when stealing money from people became a part of your terms & condition of service???!!!!! I've been using so many phone services in the past 30 years and never seen such a bluntly shameful way of running a business. BE CAREFUL & STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRUAD COMPANY AND FIND ANOTHER TELECOM SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
