User Reviews

Users praise ease of use, order-ahead and loyalty features, and friendly staff with good coffee. However, stability issues dominate: frequent crashes or startup failures, not saving favorites/locations or payment details, slow performance, and login problems after updates. Gift cards in mobile orders are also limited. When the app works, it’s convenient and keeps you updated on menu changes and rewards; but outages greatly hamper the experience.

Cons

Frequent crashes and the app won’t open or closes quickly.
Doesn't remember favorites/locations or save payment details.
Slow performance and freezing, especially when switching from Wi‑Fi to cellular data.
Login/account issues after updates (password reset emails not received; being logged out).
Gift cards aren’t usable with mobile orders (limited mobile-order support).

Recent reviews

I ordered delivery, entered address, and wrote instructions. When checking tracking later the app had changed my address to nearby and deleted instructions. Had to message driver to get delivered correctly.

I want to love this app, it could be amazing. But so often when I use it, there are perks that, for instance, have been emailed to me that never show up in the app and are never applied. And it doesn’t matter which store I’m at, I don’t get them. Or else they show up after I’ve paid. It would be really nice if you could integrate the perks into the app so it doesn’t require extra steps for everybody, and so that you actually give the rewards to your loyal customers.
