Love the drinks, but the company customer service is a D— at best. Been sending multiple messages a day through the app for last 6 or 7 days, wondering where my monthly free drink is,and have gotten 2 of their generic responses without getting help. Might eventually go back, if drink ever arrives, but won’t nearly as often.
