LADBS Go

Hello, It would be extremely helpful if the app included a feature to save or bookmark all of my projects. As it stands, I have to manually search for each one every time I log in, which is inefficient and frustrating. While I do appreciate having access to inspectors’ names and phone numbers, the app should also include their email addresses. There are times when inspectors are unavailable while on their routes, and having an email option would allow for more reliable communication. I hope these improvements can be considered, as they would significantly enhance usability. Thank you.

Incredibly ugly UI and design aside, there is no easy way to save multiple permits or manage statuses of, well, anything at all. It’s the lackluster, dismissive, and disappointing government experience we’ve all come to expect from LADBS. Ugh.

He provided clear directions , expectations to client. Respectful and excellent work behaviors in every aspects of the job.
