User Reviews

Reviews praise the app for easy setup, Siri and camera-based control, and AR-driven features, plus automation options that extend HomeKit. However, repeated crashes, persistent Bluetooth prompts, onboarding blockers, and difficulties adding or sharing devices undermine reliability. While the concept and AR capabilities appeal to HomeKit users, the app needs significant stability and onboarding improvements to deliver a consistently smooth experience.
Pros
  • Easy to use and quick to set up, with solid Siri integration and camera-based control.
  • Impressive AR features that showcase HomeKit devices in action.
  • Adds automation and trigger options (e.g., programmable button actions) that extend HomeKit functionality.
Cons
  • Frequent crashes and instability across features and devices, including the watch app.
  • Bluetooth prompts appear at startup and interrupt use, even when Bluetooth isn’t needed.
  • Onboarding flow often blocks progression: can’t create a home, next button does nothing, or initial screens won’t submit.
  • Difficulties adding multiple devices or sharing with other users; limited multi-device support.
  • UI/UX issues in some views (iPad layout can be broken; color/icon visibility and discoverability can be poor).

Crashes using trigger function ios 26.1
by Cr*****, 2025-11-07

The app is basura! Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it’s a good concept. It wasn’t excited properly. Literally nothing works as it should. It keeps crashing or getting stuck while loading and that’s if you can even get the “buttons” to respond at all. I’ve been at it for 2 hrs at this point. So I’m a lil aggravated !
