I haven’t been able to login to my account for a few months now what is going on with this app I’ve been using it for several years now and I’ve never had this issue please help me immediately

I tried to register for an account, I confirmed that my information was all correct but the app kept saying my information was not matching when I added the last 4 of my SSN. Then I got locked out. Disappointing!
