It loads fine. You can look up the winning numbers. But the scanner? Well it is terrible. It only works occasionally. Why? What’s the point of the scanner when it does not work most of the time? Oh … notifications. They pop-up up on my phone. Click on it and it brings me to the app. Not to a notification link. Just the app. With the money the lottery makes, you should be able to hire someone who knows how to code. Not a low bid state vendor. (Which I am sure was hires considering how the app performs).
