2024-11-21	Mi*****	If you have a US phone number this app works very poorly. I was unable to log in because it kept insisting that I had an India phone number. When I’d put a is phone in it would never text me and I was locked out.

No option to contact the driver through chat (because of #3 issue) 5. No way to know the exact location of where driver is located for pickup 6. No way to obtain help in case you run into a problem in meeting your driver 7. No way to update your phone number or change address There’s other issues but I’m not getting paid to do quality testing for the developer so I’ll stop at 7

2023-12-29	re*****	The app is good when it works. However, it gets stick in the startup screen sometimes. It keeps looping the “MoveInSync & WorkInSync” animation and doesn’t go further at all. Also sometimes when I tap on the cab assigned notification at logout, it opens the app and displays a banner with “Dismiss” and “Cancel Trip” option buttons. Mistakenly pressing the “Cancel Trip” button will immediately cancel the trip without any further prompting. This happened to me once and I had to call the helpdesk to revert the cancellation. This is bad UI design.
