If you have a US phone number this app works very poorly. I was unable to log in because it kept insisting that I had an India phone number. When I’d put a is phone in it would never text me and I was locked out.

Issues 1. SOS button doesn’t work!! 2. Vehicle tracker doesn’t reflect accurate ETA 3. Calling driver through app doesn’t work 4. No option to contact the driver through chat (because of #3 issue) 5. No way to know the exact location of where driver is located for pickup 6. No way to obtain help in case you run into a problem in meeting your driver 7. No way to update your phone number or change address There’s other issues but I’m not getting paid to do quality testing for the developer so I’ll stop at 7
