This app is a great way for the residents of Maui County, Hawaii to report non-emergency issues in their community. COM Connect allows residents to report issues using their smart phone or tablet. I love this app. Most of my reports of issues are resolved in a timely fashion. Works great for abandoned vehicles and potholes.

Spent half an hour trying to figure out how to report an issue and you simply cannot. Either this app doesn’t do what it says it will or it is the most non user friendly app ever.
