Been using Klook since a friend recommended the app. It's a very intuitive app and very easy to navigate. The cancellation process is also very easy using the app. I used Klook all the time and earned gold status in less than 1 year!

We paid for premium seating for the Shinkansen Green Car from Tokyo to Osaka. 3 of the 5 seats that we booked turned out not to be premium window seats. I spent 2 hours on Klook chat with an agent who was not very knowledgeable about the seating arrangements. And after 2 hours of waiting in the queue and chat, the agent had to “escalate” to a different team to fix. 🤦‍♂️
