It no longer allows me to sign in

The only thing that you can do with the app is call the store unless you have the vehicle present since a VIN is required to look up parts. When I’m ordering parts I often do not have the vehicle present so I can’t do anything with this app other than call the store. I already have their phone number so that’s really not helpful. I have no idea why they wouldn’t provide the option to just enter the vehicle info manually.

The app has no way for me to make a account there is no way for me to sign up all I can do is sign in and when I press forget password there is no option to create a account. This app is useless.
