Barcode/VIN scanning limitations or failures for certain makes (e.g., GM) and inconsistent scanning
Stability problems after updates; errors (something went wrong) and parts orders occasionally not processing

Recent reviews

I use this app everyday for work. Don’t get me wrong, this works pretty well on a laptop/pc. But don’t get me started about trying to use this on a mobile device. The app will freeze when you try add items to the cart, or click something too quickly. THIS NEEDS FIXED!!!

The set up process is exhaustingly difficult as they require invoice numbers in amounts for the last two weeks to even be able to set up your account with the app, but it never recognizes them so you can't even get it set up. We've just been spending a lot of money at a different auto parts store is a result!
