Barcode/VIN scanning limitations or failures for certain makes (e.g., GM) and inconsistent scanning
Stability problems after updates; errors (something went wrong) and parts orders occasionally not processing

Recent reviews

If you like having to enter you information to log in ever time you open the app, this is your app. If you want the ability to order parts in your hand and have them not process or be looked at in the store, this app is for you. If you want to order from cv shafts for a Silverado and be asked if it’s four wheel drive. This is the app for you. If you want to look something up by VIN and have to enter all the model engine vin number details anyway even though you see it on the vin in the app - hurry up and sign up.
