Recent reviews

They will charge you a fee even before ticket starts issuing. When railway starts issuing tickets, no tickets will issued to you after charging full amount. I couldn’t take the non-issuing tickets situation so I cancelled two tickets booked. They charged my $15 cancelation fee, It was 15 day before my travel day, no tickets issued yet. Try 12306, try trip.com, DON’T bother with this platform. I immediately deleted my profile from them.

The app is great when it was working, but unfortunately it is no longer working on the new iPhone 17 Air, IOS 26.1. It would just hung and unusable. Tried uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck
