The extra cost this company charges does not provide any value. I missed a connecting flight and thus missed my train. It was inside a 12-hour window so Rail Ninja said there was nothing they could do. Told me to go handle it at the station. I did and ticket was cheaper than the rail ninja who did absolutely nothing for this money.

Train tickets in this app are overpriced by 100%. Do not fall for it. Use Omio.

Oh how I wish I found this app earlier. Booking is so easy in English, and I had such problems trying to do this previously at rail stations. Duh! I’m amazed.
