This was our first experience using the service for my oldest daughter, and I felt significantly safer than I would have using a traditional rideshare. As a parent, the added screening and child-focused approach provided a level of comfort and peace of mind that is hard to put a price on. I especially appreciated Martha quickly accepting the ride after the original driver canceled. She was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. My daughter arrived safely, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. My only recommendation for improvement would be to allow parents and riders to view the vehicle’s live location while it is en route to the pickup location. Having the same real-time visibility that many transportation apps provide would make an already great service even better. Overall, this was a very positive first experience, and I would absolutely use the service again. Thank you, Martha, for taking such good care of my daughter.
