I especially appreciated Martha quickly accepting the ride after the original driver canceled. She was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. My daughter arrived safely, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. My only recommendation for improvement would be to allow parents and riders to view the vehicle’s live location while it is en route to the pickup location. Having the same real-time visibility that many transportation apps provide would make an already great service even better. Overall, this was a very positive first experience, and I would absolutely use the service again. Thank you, Martha, for taking such good care of my daughter.

I was nervous because my granddaughter is young, but Laura made our first HopSkipDrive experience absolutely perfect. She was early, brought a booster seat, and was incredibly professional. My granddaughter felt so safe and comfortable that she wants to ride with Laura every day!
