The app itself may function adequately, but the onboarding experience behind it was extremely frustrating. I completed the required medical screening process through the company’s designated provider, but important information regarding possible out-of-pocket medical costs was not clearly disclosed upfront. I was redirected between multiple clinic locations due to scheduling and operational issues, and communication throughout the process was inconsistent. When billing problems arose afterward, getting clear answers and support took far longer than expected. Transparency and applicant support during onboarding seriously need improvement. Future applicants should be aware that unexpected expenses and communication issues may occur during the process.
