Navica Client is praised for real-time listings and easy realtor collaboration, but suffers from UX/navigation issues, unreliable search, and missing listing-management features (e.g., hiding rejects/pending/off-market items and FSBO support). Recent reviews

This app is extremely clunky and is not user friendly. It does not maintain your open search or page when you move between screens in your phone. You have to start from scratch again on the main page. It is also not very aesthetically appealing. Customer service is also quick to blame you for problems instead of taking an initiative to investigate and correct the root cause. Not recommended when trying to impress your clients.

I like the app, it’s simple to use and to the point. I deducted a star because when you “reject” a property it still shows up in the list of available properties. It would be great if rejected properties would be hidden or have a hide feature.
