However, persistent bugs, flaky listings loading, and post-update filter/map usability issues undermine the experience. Cross‑device problems (phone vs. tablet/desktop) and data mismatches further degrade reliability. Stability and consistent filtering across devices are the main areas needing improvement.

Filters and map UI are non-intuitive and can break after updates (unlabeled collapsible sections, missing or altered rent/sale filter, school district search issues).
Cross-device compatibility issues (works on phone but performs poorly on tablet/desktop; Mac errors).

Not a great user experience in this app. Would be worth investing in someone who can evaluate and fix this. All information is available in collapsible portions of the app, but they’re not labeled intuitively and really don’t need to be collapsible. The filter function is not intuitive either. Very clunky. It glitches a lot, too.
