User Reviews

Invaluable Auctions offers a broad, worldwide catalog and a straightforward bidding flow, with some users enjoying good value and fast shipping. However, many reviews flag serious downsides: high and opaque fees, shipping costs, and paid data access; bidding glitches and fairness concerns; inconsistent or slow customer support; frequent app reliability issues (updates, logins, badges, search); and limited filtering options. Overall, discovery and bidding are seen as strengths, but reliability and cost concerns dominate.

Pros

Broad, international catalog with rare items and auctions
Easy-to-use, straightforward bidding flow
Perceived value: bargains; items often worth more than paid and fast shipping
Some reviewers report good customer service experiences
Clear, non-gimmick auction experience

Cons

High fees and opaque pricing, including 25% buyer premiums, marked-up shipping, and paid subscription data
Bidding issues and fairness concerns: bids not honored, max bid not placed, and repeated bidding failures
Poor customer service and slow or unresponsive support
Frequent app reliability issues: mandatory updates, login/lockouts, badge glitches, and search/filter bugs
Limited search/filter controls: inability to block or filter out certain auction houses and inconsistent search results

Recent reviews

They advertise convenient “Invaluable Shipping” but when you complete an order it’s not actually offered. No response to support inquiries.

I have used many auction sites before but this is the only auction when you win the bid you won’t get what you won! I bid on amazing artifact valued at 30k and won it for $2200. But then they closed the auction with my price as the highest bidder and never sent out my order or charged me. Just canceled the entire auction on this item. This action is unacceptable in major auctions! Just because an item did not sell for what they expected you can’t just call it off! Crooks!
