Recent reviews

I have made several purchases using this platform and had problems with all but 1. Each time I contact customer support they disregard me and I end up loosing money, not getting what I purchased, or both. This company does not care about its customers at all. It’s extremely frustrating to try communicating with a company whose customer service doesn’t care who is being screwed over as long as the company is making money. If I had a single issue, I would not have bothered to write a review but it was multiple times, with different sellers, and the company is to blame. I will obviously never be using their services again and I recommend that no one else does either. Save yourself the headache, shop elsewhere.
