I dont know if they are having financial problems but in the last 5 years they have been charging us walkers fees fir every tint little thing. I have 5 star rating, been there for 9 years, and on my FIRST cancellation (by the owner) which was done after booking started. A bunch or time went by then she decided she wanted to tell stories to try to get her money back. Their listed rule is if the service starts its 100% payment. To me its about ethics and following the posted rules that they hold is to so strictly..but when it comes to them, they can be bent no prob
