It’s been well over a week since I’ve had a service on wag yet I’m being told I can’t request a service for the next 24 hours due to cancellations…. This makes no sense as there have been no services for me to even cancel for weeks at this point. This app is used to support my income so an issue like this is infuriating!!!

pet owner retaliated against me for filing a safety report and wag support has been beyond unhelpful. wag does not care about pets or caregivers and if you are ever in a situation where you need help they will not support you, please find a different app both for the safety of yourself and your clients

I’m deleting the app since I can’t log in and it says I need to wait to be approved as a sitter. It’s been months and I have tried to ask how long on average do sitter take to be approved. No response on wag’s end. Will also not be seeing the wag app as a pet parent. Deleting both of wags apps.
