Users like the app for easy, in-app guest and vendor entry and for keeping a log of entries, with some noting it’s simpler than calling the gate. However, stability and reliability are major issues: frequent crashes, blank screens after login, and ongoing login/authentication problems. UI and readability problems (poor contrast, color/font issues, non-native UI) annoy users. Longer-term reliability concerns and slow/absent updates, plus limited support, overshadow the benefits.

This app is so much better than calling the gate. Easy to add vendors and I get a text message when they’ve been admitted, so that I know they’re on the way. It also keeps a log of who has come in.

After login page, app takes me to a blank iGate page. Drop down menu has 4 options—about, settings, change language, and logout. Nowhere is there access to the vendors or guests. I would rather use an app than to use the website, but going on 2 years, this bug has never been fixed.
