The app allows for entry of permitted, and even blocks banned, people/companies, which we greatly value. What is annoying is the ap’s inability to sync with password managers (this is happening on multiple devices with different OS) AND it also will drop passwords from the central system. You look up your userid and you might or might not be able to use it. Then its a call to the gate where some button is clicked and you’ve wasted everyone’s time.

I had to use this cruddy app to get into my neighborhood while I was driving a loaner car. It was fine until they must have done some update. Now I have to put the text size on my phone to a very low minimum to make the app appear. I tried for three days to get their rude, worthless, customer service to return my call. This company needs someone to teach their employees how to enact with customers. I wouldn’t give them one star; the way I have been ignored. The @“#% with the whole bunch.
