Paid for a premium subscription and when I tried to use the app or website it doesn’t allow me access saying I’m not a premium member.

After there big update last year or the year before, i can no longer use the filters. My phone and ipad auto crash the app everytime i go into filters. Within one to three clicks on the filter tab the appvwill just crash and go away in a flash.
