User Reviews

Reviewers repeatedly praise LineupHQ as an easy-to-use lineup builder with projections/core plays that help weekly lineup creation. However, the app suffers from stability problems, gating features behind paid subscriptions, and issues with importing lineups to DraftKings. Data/content quality is also a concern, with outdated news and inaccessible projections mentioned. Overall, strong lineup-building capability is overshadowed by reliability, access, and data consistency frustrations.
Pros
  • Easy-to-use lineup builder/optimizer
  • Access to projections and core plays to inform lineups
  • Weekly-useful tool for building lineups
Cons
  • Frequent stability and reliability issues (crashes, freezes, app wont open)
  • Subscription pricing gating and perceived value concerns (need for paid subscription to access features, price increases)
  • Lineup import/DraftKings integration issues (unable to import or reliably transfer lineups)
  • Content/data issues (outdated or inaccessible projections/news)

I like the desktop version of the site but this app is laughable at best. Missing so many key features and can’t even access some of projections I purchased (like THE BAT) from it. For NHL, I just noticed the player news blurbs are from 2019. Have no choice but to use the desktop version of the site when I’m on my phone.

Wish I didn’t need a full subscription to RotoGrinders to use it.

Click to use BatX and it tells me that I’m not subscribed.
