Everything was fine until i decided to upgrade for my flight several times. The page would stay blank and nothing. After trying four times the upgrade was unavailable. Quite disappointing for a 10 hour flight. Upon entering passport and visa info i had to try many times.

I travelled from Chicago US to Vizag India on emergency and had a two way ticket from and to Chicago. I paid $2000+ for each ticket. I travelled on family emergency and so did not get time to check my email in India. I now see I cannot see my trip from Chicago and also my return ticket is booked to SFO without my concent. Is this how you treat your customers with status. Not sure why my flight was changed no reasons were given. Pls fix this immediately and get my ticket back to Chicago.
