I spent an hour and a half trying to book and pay for a flight from Kochi to Delhi because of unclear payment options. I tried reaching a customer service representative through WhatsApp and all I got was stupid AI giving me the same rote response. I tried using Facebook Messenger and also got the same stupid AI. I finally figured out the problem was because it provided several options for discounts EXCEPT it won’t process my pay when I chose the 4% discount for fares. I suspect that discount only applies to certain conditions EXCEPT THERE WAS NO CONDITION associated with the offered discount so I thought it’s applicable to all customers. I will never visit India again.

The service I received on September 23 from SFO to Cochin was extremely miserable.I missed my connection flight from Delhi to Cochin due to Airindis irresponsible service.I travelled to attend the funnel of my sister who is 41years.I wish no one should get such a stupid service from this airlines.I wish if Airindis can stop international services for ever.They never value people time emotions or money I didn’t even receive a refund.The staff were rediculous
