After logging in, the app just “freezes.” It’s been terribly slow in the past but now it’s essentially useless. Their web portal is better, but only marginally so - still slow, clunky. If my employer didn’t use this financial group for my 403(b) I would avoid this company.

This app works maybe 10% of the time. It almost always doesn’t let me in to see my information. I have to use the website. They really need to work out the kinks. All my coworkers have the same issue with this app. Please fix it!
