User Reviews

Users generally find Cards: Spit fun, offline-capable, ad-free, and faithful to real-play feel with decent AI options. However, multiple reviews cite recurring issues: the AI unfairly takes the smaller deck, cards are hard to read, occasional bugs disrupt play, and there’s no built-in multiplayer. The tapping-to-win rule is also a frequent frustration. Overall, it’s a solid practice game but needs AI fairness, UI improvements, stability fixes, and multiplayer support to satisfy broader players.
Pros
  • Fun and engaging; a good way to learn and practice Spit
  • Ad-free experience that enhances play without interruptions
  • Offine play available; works without internet
  • Faithful to real Spit rules and gameplay feel
  • AI with adjustable difficulty adds variety and challenge
Cons
  • AI unfairly takes the smaller deck, giving the computer an advantage and hindering wins
  • Cards are too small/hard to read on screen
  • Occasional bugs and performance issues (bot stops working, lag/slow motion, auto-end after a round)
  • Lacks built-in multiplayer or easy way to play with friends (no two-player option)
  • Disliked rule: tapping the smaller pile first often decides the win, which can be frustrating

The normal rules are whoever is out, they take the smaller deck. But the robot takes the smaller deck. Making you have more cards to eventually make you lose

You can’t really see the cards they are to small.. I don’t know how to make them bigger

I was playing a match and I had no deck which means I’m close to winning so obviously the only deck being played was the other opponents deck and their deck ran out and now the game is stuck so what happens when both decks run out hopefully this doesn’t kill my streak
