However, recurring problems hurt the experience: sign-in and shop access failures after updates, frequent crashes and reliability issues during performances, and limited or confusing transposition with no easy way to preview keys before buying. Printing can be restricted and reprint charges apply. Billing/account problems and slow or unhelpful support also recur. Recent reviews

The app might work OK if you try to do everything on a single device, but the reason I subscribed to this so I could sync my music across different device devices. This is kind of pointless because you have to re-download your music on every device. To make things worse, there’s no clear way to cancel your membership. I finally found it buried and hidden after looking at all their support documentation which was of no help and trying to contact their support which wasn’t open. Also, the markup functionality really sucks. There’s no undo button so anytime you want to undo something You have to select the eraser make it really big, erase, then go back and select the pen and make that small again. And by the way, there’s no way to make the pen the right size. you have to just try your hardest to get the slider in the right spot and then if it’s not the right size you have to go through the entire erase process again.
