Overall, users consistently report a poorly performing app rather than a useful shopping tool. The most recurring complaints are a dysfunctional search function, frequent forced logins and password resets, and compatibility issues that cause white or blank screens on older devices. Coupons and promotions load glitches (disappearing/reappearing, one-by-one clipping, no 'Add All' option). Additional usability flaws include items not linking to flyer sales, navigation that returns to the top after selection, and a slow, error-prone checkout-like flow. The store itself is fine; the app needs a major rebuild.

I’ve used hundreds of apps and this is hands down the WORST app ever. Glitchy, bad redirects, and incorrect ad info. Big Y, please do better.

Awful app. I have tried to log in many times times but when I try it says it doesn’t recognize me but when I attempt to create a new account it bounces me out stating an account is already in use
