Frequent reliability issues: app reloads/restarts, loops on the final pages, and sometimes can't save progress.
Hidden charges and billing problems: in-app roadside assistance auto-charges and other unexpected fees with difficult cancellation.

If you don’t mind being charged extra for a DPS record and them withholding it from you for no reason unless you call them, also if you don’t mind them delaying your certificate “processing” by 2 days unless you fork over 15$ for a certificate that’s already processed and can be made instantly available on their side. Not to mention the text support agent being AI posing as a human giving false information. Then go for it
