All the messages from the gizmo app were not transferred over to the Verizon Family app. all the cute kids messages I saved are gone forever.

They made me download this for Gizmo watch instead of the Gizmo app which worked great. This app is very annoying to navigate, finicky, and won’t update locations even when I click to reload or do real time tracking location. It constantly pops up “something went wrong, try again”. I really hate it. It fails to send text messages.
