This has been an awful conversion from the former Gizmo Hub app. I can’t tell if I’ve received a notification from my child & can’t add or accept any new contacts. It’s basically made the Gizmo watch useless. I was planning to purchase another one for my other child & will not be making the purchase after the switch to Verizon Family. There seems to be no effort made to make things better & other users report the same or similar frustrations.
