Verizon really needs to learn that families have multiple people and phone numbers. Logging in is legitimately impossible with this and every one of their interfaces. Which number gets the log-in code is legit guesswork.

Terrible set up process and functionality. Whoever decided to force the switch from GizmoHub to this piece of garbage should be walked out of Verizon’s headquarters.
