Overall, reviews are largely negative. Pros are limited to features that work only when data is current (tracking), a data/internet pause option, and the idea of centralized controls. Major downsides include a steep, poorly disclosed $10/mo cost, repeated glitches and unreliability, difficult setup, easy circumvent by kids, and adverse effects on other apps/services. These issues undermine trust and make the app feel bloated and ineffective as a parental-control solution.

Cons

High monthly cost ($10) with unclear pricing and transparency issues
Frequent glitches, crashes, and reliability problems (including inability to locate devices)
Setup is overly complicated and the UI feels bloated/not user-friendly
Kids can easily bypass protections (low power mode, uninstalling the app)
Interference with other apps and services (VPN issues, Netflix/streaming blocks, Wi-Fi control)

Recent reviews

This app has been broken forever. It has you login and asks to setup face ID, it even sends you an email that Face ID is setup and then still requires a login everytime.

Every time I log in it asks me to activate my Face ID which I regularly do but it does not matter. App’s limits rarely work and when they do they are easily bypassed by changing VPN. Not worth the $10/month
