I’ve been a member for six or seven years and used to love this app! They used to randomly offer you discounts, but don’t anymore they started charging a platform fee which cuts into your discount. I have only twice purchased a card that didn’t have a balance on it. Their process to file a report and get credit for it was very easy and I did get my money back. He still can save a decent amount of money here and there, just not as as much as it used to be.

I used to use this platform back when it was Raise, I was customer for what last 5 years, and it was fantastic. Back then, gift cards were free to buy, but after transitioning to GCX, they introduced a platform fee. Honestly, I wouldn't mind paying a fee if the service justified it, but it’s completely a waste of money because they can't even maintain a working platform. When you run into an issue and try to reach customer care, you are trapped in an endless loop with a completely brainless AI chat. It has limited information, asks the exact same questions over and over, and can't even help with basic account issues or direct you to a human. Long story short: it has been two months, and I still haven't been able to get any help from actual customer service. The platform fee is 100% not worth it, and support simply does not exist here. Save your money and your sanity—I’m done with GCX and actively looking for a better alternativ
